A way around Trump's NDAs that will ruin him

Trump has a long history of making most of his employees and contractors sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) that are designed to keep his often atrocious conduct secret forever.

Trump’s NDAs are comprehensive about potential disparagement of Trump, his companies, and anyone in his family:

During the term of your service and at all times thereafter, you hereby promise and agree not to demean or disparage publicly the company, Mr. Trump, any Trump company, any family member, or any family member company.

But NDAs are not just for employees and contractors. Presumably they were also used for the porn stars, models, escorts, etc., who Trump has had some level of sexual relations with over the years.

One of these has made the news recently, a $130K payment to porn star Stormy Daniels just before Election day in 2016 in return for her forever non-disparagement related to an evident one-night stand in 2006 when Trump’s current wife was pregnant.

When it comes to serial adulterers, where there’s smoke, there will usually be fire.

And with Trump, an NDA to silence forever the woman in return for a big check has been the fire extinguisher.

So far.

It doesn’t have to be that way forever, but it will require a serious PR and legal campaign to find, publicize and support the women Trump wants to keep secret.

They are out there, guaranteed.

What’s needed to make this happen, below.

Obviously, money.

Women like Daniels signed off in return for hush money, that they may well be sued for should they violate the agreement. They would not break the agreement unless they were assured that doing so will not impoverish them.

So here’s how we fix that -- wealthy people who oppose Trump should fund a 501(c)(3) organization to encourage women to tell the truth about their encounters with Trump despite their NDAs, and assure them they will not suffer as a result.

Tom Steyer, for example, has reportedly spent $20M on ads calling for Congress to impeach Trump, a bridge way too far given the current Congress.

A fraction of that, employed smartly in this election year to unlock probably dozens of Trump sex-related NDAs, would do much more to weaken Trump.

And every Republican running for House and Senate this year, too.

As with the Stormy Daniels story, the media will love this. Of course, Trump will hate it, and dig the hole deeper on Twitter, keeping the story alive.

One salacious story a week for several months this year will cripple Trump, politically and mentally. And they will hurt every Republican running for any office.

All we need is the money to do it.
